Warranty
This product is covered by the Iron Devil Auto Parts Warranty from the date of purchase.
- Moving parts (including motorised components, rollers, hinges and mechanical parts): 1-year warranty
- Non-moving / structural components (including aluminium panels, frame and brackets): 2-year warranty
Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only under normal and intended use.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or environmental exposure is not covered.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment in accordance with our Warranty Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, uninstalled and unmodified
- Returned in original packaging
- In a resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
A 15% restocking fee applies to approved refunds.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Installed or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Installation Notice
Professional installation by a licensed or suitably qualified installer is strongly recommended.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or show signs of fitment damage may have warranty claims refused.
Please inspect the product before installation and contact us immediately if any issues are identified.
