Returns Policy
We want you to love your BYD Shark 6 accessories. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple.
Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as when received

In their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns if:

You contact us more than 7 days after receiving the item

The item has been installed, used, modified, or damaged

The item is missing its original packaging

Proof of purchase is not provided
-
The item is not in a resalable condition
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at Sales@irondevil.com.au with your order number.

We’ll send you return instructions and a Return Authorisation Number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship the item to the returns address provided in your authorisation email.

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds

Original shipping, handling, duties, taxes, and processing fees are non‑refundable

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to finalise the refund
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. All exchanges depend on product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include photos of the issue.
Faulty items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Warranty Policy.
