At Iron Devil Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with durable, reliable automotive accessories. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is excluded, and how warranty claims are assessed.
This warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Coverage Period
Our warranty applies from the original date of purchase and covers manufacturing and material defects only.

Moving parts (including but not limited to hinges, gas struts, shocks, sliders, rollers and mechanical components):
1-year warranty -
Non-moving parts (including frames, panels, brackets and structural components):
2-year warranty
Warranty Assessment & Resolution
All warranty claims are subject to inspection.

It is at the sole discretion of Iron Devil Auto Parts whether a repair or replacement will be offered once the product has been:

Inspected by an Iron Devil Auto Parts representative, and
-
Deemed to be a genuine warrantable claim

We reserve the right to request photographs, return of the product, or further information before approving any claim.
What This Warranty Covers:

Manufacturing defects
-
Faults in materials
-
Defects that occur under normal and intended use
-
Products that fail within the stated warranty period due to no fault of the customer
If an item is found to be faulty or incorrect on arrival, the product must be returned prior to installation for assessment.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)
The warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by:

Incorrect installation or fitment errors

Installation performed by an unqualified or inexperienced installer

Failure to follow supplied installation instructions
-
Vehicle modifications or use outside the recommended application
-
Use on vehicles not intended or recommended for the product

Product modification or alteration of any kind

Neglect, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal use

Use in racing, competition, or off-label applications
-
Glass breakage
-
Damage caused during installation
-
Damage resulting from adverse weather, wind or environmental exposure
Damage caused by installation error is not covered under warranty.
Installation Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct product has been ordered for their vehicle before installation.

We strongly recommend installation be performed by a licensed or suitably qualified mechanic experienced with automotive accessories.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, or show signs of fitment damage may have warranty claims refused.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order:

Inspect all items before installation
-
If you notice any manufacturing defects or shipping damage, contact us immediately

Installing a damaged product may void your warranty claim
Returns Related to Warranty

Used or soiled products:
-
Outside the warranty period
-
With no identifiable fault
-
Or damaged due to incorrect installation
-
may be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure
-
Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
-
Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
This warranty does not limit or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
